The goal of the project was to create a central Team to manage various SAP modules in order to gather distributed teams. The client achieved simplification of procedures and processes, improved management efficiency and reduced costs.

Our team as a result of merging many smaller business areas into two self-sufficient groups: finance and non-finance. Each team consisted of people in the roles of area experts for each of the business area, caring for the quality of individual modules (design review, peer review, consulting business solutions).
