Project description
ASTEK Polska was responsible for the comprehensive organization and management of manual tester teams. Already at the stage of requirements analysis, test scenarios were created in parallel – thanks to this, the test teams better understood the functions and characteristics of the final product. Then the test scenarios were adjusted and implemented. In many cases, the ASTEK tester team was responsible for the correct configuration of the test environment and the data stored on it. The client was involved in the work to the minimum extent necessary. The test results were presented in the form of reports and error/non-compliance reports to the manufacturer. In terms of the service, the ASTEK team was responsible for the preparation of the process of ensuring the quality of products and solutions. Building a generic e-commerce platform
The goal of the project was to create a flexible, multi-purpose e-commerce platform. The client formulated goals and ambitions, and our task was to redefine them into functional requirements, which allowed us to thoroughly understand the needs and assumptions.
