Project description
Building and developing a back office system for servicing car loans. The team was scaled to the size of the consumer (from 10 to 30 people), was responsible for business and system, development and testing. As one of the 5 project teams, participation in the Extended Laboratory model project is responsible for approximately 60% of the system.
