Position

We’re currently looking for a candidate for our client in the life science industry.

As an AI Project Manager, you will play a central role in orchestrating and managing Artificial Intelligence projects within the AI/Reference Data team. 

Work model: 100% remote from POLAND, full time job

Tasks waiting for you:

• Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for development teams
• Create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets
• Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Lead follow-up meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
• Act as the main liaison between business, technical, and development teams
• Supervise testing and ensure compliance with company quality standards
• Support seamless integration of AI solutions within the company’s information system
• Identify opportunities for process and solution improvements
• Stay up to date with AI trends and propose relevant innovations 

You will be successful in this role if:

• You have proven experience in managing projects, ideally in AI or data-driven environments
• You can effectively analyze business needs and translate them into clear technical specifications
• You have a solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and data integration processes
• You are familiar with Azure AI Foundry or other cloud-based AI platforms
• You communicate clearly and collaborate smoothly with cross-functional teams
• You are highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at once
• You focus on delivering results while maintaining high quality standards
• You continuously look for ways to improve processes and solutions
• You are proactive, curious, and eager to explore new AI technologies
• You can work independently while staying aligned with overall business objectives
