Our projects

At the Engineering Competence Center, we deliver services and projects for the Automotive, Rail, and Oil & Gas sectors. Our specialized engineering teams work within project and competency groups, whose activities we manage. We also conduct training and certification programs to enhance the engineering competencies of our consultants.

Position

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Logistics Support Specialist with German (he/she) for our client from the automotive industry. 

Additional information

The role is fully remote and full-time, with a standard 8-hour working day.
It starts with a one-week onboarding in Germany, and later involves occasional trips to Niepołomice, around twice a year. 

Offered salary

Salary: from 8.000 to 9.000 PLN gross/month, depending on experience and competences. 

About the project

Our client is an international manufacturer in the automotive industry, specializing in the commercial vehicles segment. You’ll be joining their logistics team, which coordinates container and packing lot changeover for series production. 

You’re ideal for this role if you:

  • Have very good command of both written and spoken German (min. C1) and English
  • Have experience and know-how in logistical processes
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • Have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Are willing to undertake occasional business trips

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry, ideally with commercial vehicles
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems used in production logistics
  • Experience with workflow-based or ticketing tools
  • Background in series production logistics or supply chain coordination

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:​

  • Verifying order data and responding to email correspondence
  • Coordinating shipment details with suppliers
  • Coordinating container and packing lot changeover in series production using a dedicated workflow tool
  • Selecting containers according to network-wide requirements to ensure optimization potential
  • Reducing transport costs through pack lot optimization
  • Optimizing staging areas through smaller or needs-based containers
