Position

We’re currently looking for a candidate for our client in the medical industry.

You will be successful in this role if:

• You are a self-driven, senior-level SAP ABAP professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• You feel comfortable collaborating with project managers, functional consultants, and business analysts
• You understand how to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions
• You can ensure code quality, performance optimization, and technical compliance
• You communicate effectively in a global, multicultural environment
• Nice to have: experience developing or maintaining ABAP code within the FICO module

Welcome:

• Experience working in global distributed teams (Poland, UK, offshore)
• Ability to support the project throughout all phases: development, testing, go-live, and Hypercare
• Readiness to work fully remotely

Tasks waiting for you:

• Develop and test system enhancements based on agreed business and user requirements, in close cooperation with functional consultants and business analysts
• Create and transport TRs as needed
• Collaborate with the Basis team on technical analysis and system performance optimization
• Perform code quality reviews, conduct performance tuning, and propose improvements to ensure best-in-class coding standards
• Create or update technical specifications and obtain required approvals from the Solution Architect
• Support defect resolution across the entire project lifecycle, including testing cycles, go-live, and Hypercare
• Provide knowledge transfer to the AMS team to ensure smooth transition and long-term support
