Position

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of SAP CX/C4C Consultant (he/she) for our client from the Energy industry.

Offered salary

Salary: from 1440 to 1600 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences.

You’re ideal for this role if you:

  • have experience working with SAP CX / SAP C4C, in particular Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • have worked in system maintenance and support (incidents / ongoing support), not only on implementations
  • have a solid understanding of customer service and sales processes
  • communicate fluently in German (B2/C1) in daily cooperation with the customer
  • are independent and proactive in problem solving
  • have functional and technical knowledge of SAP Service Cloud
  • have experience with other SAP CX solutions (CDC, CDP, Emarsys)
  • understand or have experience in the Energy / Utilities domain

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:​

  • providing ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Service Cloud (v1) and SAP Sales Cloud
  • handling incidents, service requests, and user issues in SAP CX systems
  • analyzing reported problems and proposing effective functional solutions
  • configuring and adjusting SAP Service Cloud to support business processes
  • cooperating directly with the end customer on a daily basis in German
  • supporting business users and acting as a trusted SAP CX advisor
  • collaborating with other IT teams and stakeholders within the SAP landscape
