Salary offered
- up to 16 000 PLN gross/month on employment contract (depending on your experience)
- up to 1200 B2B/MD on B2B contract (depending on your experience)
Position
We’re currently looking for a candidate for our client in the pharma industry.
You will join a team of six specialists working on data analysis projects based on laboratory research results. The work is likely related to oncological drug development, offering an opportunity to contribute to meaningful scientific advancements.
Work model: 100% remote from POLAND
You will be successful in this role if:
- You have hands-on experience with Docker and Linux environments
- You are proficient in using Bash and have basic knowledge of Python and JavaScript (ES5)
- You have good knowledge of version control systems, especially Git
- You are comfortable working with the Bash command line and Unix environments
- You have familiarity with databases such as MongoDB or SQL (a strong plus)
- You understand the principles of unit testing (experience with front-end testing tools such as R/Selenium or PhantomJS is a plus)
- You have experience with Bioconductor libraries
- You have practical experience with sequencing and genomic data analysis (NGS, e.g. RNA-Seq, WGS, scRNA-Seq) and are familiar with common bioinformatics tools used to process such data
- You have experience in workflow or pipeline creation (CWL experience or willingness to learn is an advantage)
- You are proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
- You have a good understanding of biological concepts and experimental methods commonly used in molecular biology and a genuine interest in learning more
- You have a scientific background (a strong asset, though not mandatory)
