The role involves leading end-to-end sourcing processes, negotiating commercial terms, and drafting as well as negotiating contracts (MSA, SOW). The position requires close collaboration with international business stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards. It is delivered in a fast-paced, global environment with a high level of autonomy and accountability for measurable outcomes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offered salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salary: from 1050 to 1200 PLN net\/day, depending on experience and competences.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>bring at least 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing<\/li>\n<li>have solid exposure to the marketing category (agencies, media, digital, production, events)<\/li>\n<li>have successfully managed end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFPs, supplier selection, and commercial negotiations<\/li>\n<li>demonstrate strong capability in drafting and negotiating marketing contracts (MSA, SOW, amendments)<\/li>\n<li>are confident working autonomously and making informed business decisions<\/li>\n<li>effectively collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>experience in regulated industries (e.g. MedTech, Pharma)<\/li>\n<li>experience working in global or matrixed organizations<\/li>\n<li>familiarity with compliance requirements related to marketing activities<\/li>\n<li>understanding of intellectual property and usage rights in marketing materials\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 16.5673px\"><span style=\"color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1); background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: Poppins\"><strong>Your day-to-day responsibilities include:\u200b<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: Poppins\"><strong> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>leading end-to-end sourcing processes within the marketing category (RFPs, bid analysis, supplier selection)<\/li>\n<li>negotiating commercial terms with agencies and marketing suppliers<\/li>\n<li>drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (MSA, SOW, amendments)<\/li>\n<li>collaborating with business stakeholders to define requirements and scope of services<\/li>\n<li>ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<li>monitoring contract execution and addressing supplier-related issues<\/li>\n<li>identifying and mitigating commercial and contractual risks<\/li>\n<li>reporting sourcing outcomes and cost savings<\/li>\n<li>coordinating activities with regional or global procurement teams\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our recruitment process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Call with our Recruiter -> Call with our Business Manager -> Meeting with Client<\/p>\n<p><em>If necessary, after call with the Recruiter, we also invite you to an additional technical verification stage.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Need more information?
