Our specialized engineering teams work within project and competency groups, whose activities we manage. We also conduct training and certification programs to enhance the engineering competencies of our consultants.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of <span style=\"color: rgba(40, 44, 50, 1); background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 1); font-size: 16px; font-family: Poppins\">UX Researcher<\/span>  (he\/she) for our client from the biotechnology industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The position is offered on a part-time basis, corresponding to 0.5 full-time equivalent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offered salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salary: from 750 to 820 PLN net\/day, depending on experience and competences.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: Poppins\"><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you:<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have 3+ years of experience in UX Research or a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Are proficient with standard UX tools, preferably <strong>Figma<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Have a solid understanding of <strong>user-centered design (UCD)<\/strong> principles and design thinking<\/li>\n<li>Are experienced in planning and conducting user research, user testing, A\/B testing, and usability analysis<\/li>\n<li>Understand UX metrics (e.g., SUS) and how to apply them in practice<\/li>\n<li>Can work closely with clients to understand detailed requirements and translate them into end-to-end user experiences<\/li>\n<li>Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly to both teams and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Are comfortable facilitating workshops using methods like Design Thinking, Design Sprint, or Customer Journey Mapping<\/li>\n<li>Possess strong soft skills such as active listening, adaptability, and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent English skills (C1 or higher)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) tools, which combine information retrieval with text generation by sourcing data from documents or databases before generating responses<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Pinecone, Weaviate, Zep, OpenAI Retrieval Plugin, or Cohere RAG<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: Poppins\"><strong>Your day-to-day responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consulting with clients to understand their business goals and product vision<\/li>\n<li>Researching, conceptualizing, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing digital product experiences<\/li>\n<li>Designing and delivering personas, user journeys, and user stories across various devices and interfaces<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and validating solution alternatives through rapid prototyping<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring consistency and integrity of design across products, while promoting the use of Design Systems<\/li>\n<li>Planning and conducting user research and usability audits, along with providing actionable recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Performing competitor and customer analysis to inform design decisions<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Actively contributing to product lifecycle management, ensuring solutions align with business requirements and continuously deliver value in line with the product roadmap<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recruitment process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Call with our Recruiter -> Call with our Business Manager -> Meeting with Client<\/p>\n<p><em>If necessary, after call with the Recruiter, we also invite you to an additional technical verification stage.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Need more information?
