Alsinova is looking for a Clinical Trial Supply Manager<\/strong> to join our consulting team for a client project based in Wavre<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Clinical Trial Supply Manager is accountable for the set-up and follow-up of the logistical activities from the issue of a draft concept protocol till the
overall vaccine reconciliation at study end. The scope of the work includes project management, leadership, and oversight of both global and in country activities, as well as authorship at some study documents.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Your challenges will be:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00b7<\/span> The translation of study protocols into on operational demand;\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> The feasibility assessment for completion of logistical activities;\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> The definition of logistical operational strategies (supply, distribution, randomization, …);\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> The set-up and follow-up of clinical supply related activities for a project or a group of studies;\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> The guaranty of alignment among the network of stakeholders, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) operations and clinical operations (central and local) to support the delivery of clinical vaccines and ancillaries in time at right quality and within agreed budget.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Profile<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You hold a master\u2019s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Pharmacy, or other relevant discipline.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00b7<\/span> You have at least 3 years of experience in a Clinical Supply Manager role or any other related responsibilities (e.g., Lab Study Manager).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> You are fluent in written and spoken English.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> You have excellent coordination skills and have a strong and overall clinical Project\/Study knowledge.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> You are familial with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) & Good Distribution Practices (GDP) quality standards and are totally knowledgeable about Clinical Trial Supplies Operations (Labelling\/Pack\/Warehouse\/Distribution).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> Ability to maintain accurate records and files in accordance with cGMPs and SOPs.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> Ability to independently perform trouble-shooting and problem-solving. Ability to follow-up and evaluate problems appropriately.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> Strong leadership, communication and interface management skills, including strong partnership behaviors that enable transparent communications and team alignment.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> Demonstrated ability to lead and to influence global cross-functional teams.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> Must exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal, and influencing skills.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
