In this role, you will be responsible for creating and verifying clinical trial label content in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offered salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salary: from 15000 to 17000 PLN gross\/month, depending on experience and competences.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have experience in clinical trial labeling, ideally within a pharmaceutical or clinical supply environment<\/li>\n<li>Bring hands-on expertise in label content creation, multilingual quality checks, and vendor proof validation<\/li>\n<li>Understand regulatory documentation requirements and submission processes across different markets<\/li>\n<li>Are comfortable working with external vendors such as translation providers and packaging suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Have practical knowledge of tools like Adobe InDesign, Prisym 360, and SMARTLS<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a quality-driven mindset<\/li>\n<li>Thrive in a cross-functional, international team environment<\/li>\n<li>Can independently prioritize tasks and manage workload with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Possess a solid understanding of GMP regulations and clinical supply chain processes<\/li>\n<li>Are highly organized, reliable, and able to follow complex instructions with precision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good knowledge of Clinical Supply requirements, standards, and GMP regulations<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of clinical packaging, labeling, distribution processes, and related documentation<\/li>\n<li>Ability to follow written instructions with a high degree of precision<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and independently manage tasks<\/li>\n<li>Capable of working with minimal supervision as part of a wider team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 16.5673px\"><span style=\"color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1); background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: Poppins\"><strong>Your day-to-day responsibilities include:\u200b<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: Poppins\"><strong> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create master label content in line with established processes and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Design and develop clinical trial labels<\/li>\n<li>Perform quality-critical checks of multilingual label content within defined timelines<\/li>\n<li>Review and validate externally produced vendor label proofs prior to receipt<\/li>\n<li>Prepare label documentation required for in-country regulatory submissions<\/li>\n<li>Identify, highlight, and resolve label quality issues<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with external vendors (e.g., translation providers, packaging suppliers)<\/li>\n<li>Participate in Global Pack Management (GPM) team meetings<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with cross-functional teams within Clinical Manufacturing &#038; Supply Chain<\/li>\n<li>Work with key systems such as SMARTLS Compliance Author, Adobe InDesign, and Prisym 360<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recruitment process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Call with our Recruiter -> Call with our Business Manager -> Meeting with Client<\/p>\n<p><em>If necessary, after call with the Recruiter, we also invite you to an additional technical verification stage.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Need more information?
