Our specialized engineering teams work within project and competency groups, whose activities we manage. We also conduct training and certification programs to enhance the engineering competencies of our consultants.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Industrial Engineer (M\/F) for our client from the automotive industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offered salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salary: depending on experience and competences.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: Poppins\"><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you:<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field<\/li>\n<li>Have 2\u20135 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment<\/li>\n<li>Have experience with industrialization projects, production launches, and manufacturing process development<\/li>\n<li>Have knowledge of Process FMEA (AMDEC), industrial risk assessment, and validation processes<\/li>\n<li>Have experience managing CAPEX activities, industrial investments, and equipment implementation projects<\/li>\n<li>Understand production ramp-up processes, process capability analysis, and manufacturing performance monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Have experience coordinating suppliers, preparing technical specifications, and reviewing technical offers<\/li>\n<li>Have strong project management, organizational, and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Are able to coordinate multiple activities and priorities in a dynamic, international environment<\/li>\n<li>Are fluent in English (written and spoken)<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of your responsibilities, proactively solve problems, and work effectively with cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: Poppins\"><strong>Your day-to-day responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and coordinate industrialization activities from project kick-off through production launch and ramp-up<\/li>\n<li>Define industrial project plans, timelines, budgets (CAPEX), and resource requirements in collaboration with Project Managers and production plants<\/li>\n<li>Develop and optimize manufacturing and logistics processes to ensure product manufacturability and efficient production<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate design reviews, Process FMEA (AMDEC), risk assessments, and industrial validation plans<\/li>\n<li>Prepare technical specifications, support supplier selection, and coordinate equipment procurement and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Manage prototype builds, production trials, process validation, and equipment acceptance activities<\/li>\n<li>Analyze process capability, production performance, and industrial KPIs, driving corrective actions where required<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate engineering changes (ECRs) and ensure successful implementation into production<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate collaboration between engineering, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and other cross-functional stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Prepare industrial project reports, monitor project progress, and contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recruitment process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Call with our Recruiter -> Call with our Business Manager -> Meeting with Client<\/p>\n<p><em>If necessary, after call with the Recruiter, we also invite you to an additional technical verification stage.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Need more information?
