Our specialized engineering teams work within project and competency groups, whose activities we manage. We also conduct training and certification programs to enhance the engineering competencies of our consultants.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of HVAC &#038; Building Coordinator (he\/she) for our client from the chemical industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offered salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salary is based on experience and competencie\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: Poppins\"><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you:<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have 10+ years of experience in HVAC design and building engineering coordination for industrial or commercial projects.<\/li>\n<li>Hold a Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil\/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Have strong expertise in HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning design.<\/li>\n<li>Are proficient in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit.<\/li>\n<li>Have experience using calculation software such as InstalSoft, Audytor, HAP, Trace, or PipeFlo.<\/li>\n<li>Have a solid understanding of European building codes (Eurocodes, EN standards), fire safety regulations, and safety-by-design principles.<\/li>\n<li>Have experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams in FEED and EPC projects.<\/li>\n<li>Are confident preparing technical documentation, reviewing vendor proposals, and supporting procurement processes.<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent problem-solving and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Have fluent English communication skills (C1 or higher), enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working in pharmaceutical, industrial, or manufacturing projects.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with BIM workflows and advanced 3D coordination processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with technical audits and value engineering initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of construction cost estimation, MTOs, and BOQs.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: Poppins\"><strong>Your day-to-day responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing and coordinating HVAC systems for industrial facilities, including heating, cooling, and ventilation solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Performing HVAC load calculations, hydraulic calculations, and air distribution design in line with European standards.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing construction documentation, including AFC drawings, plant room layouts, and building coordination drawings.Using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks to review 3D models and resolve multidisciplinary clashes.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing Material Take-Offs (MTOs) and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for HVAC and building systems.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting tendering processes by preparing technical documentation, evaluating vendor offers, and managing engineering changes.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating building layouts, space allocation, and interfaces between architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, process, and HSE disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing subcontractor documentation and ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring designs comply with Eurocodes, EN standards, fire safety regulations, and safety-by-design principles.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying technical risks and recommending improvements to optimize system performance and constructability.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recruitment process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Call with our Recruiter -> Call with our Business Manager -> Meeting with Client<\/p>\n<p><em>If necessary, after call with the Recruiter, we also invite you to an additional technical verification stage.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Need more information?
