Transformation Lead<\/strong> for our client from the Life Sciences industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Offered salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salary: from 900 to 1075 PLN net\/day, depending on experience and competences.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><strong>You\u2019re ideal for this role if you:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have proven experience leading large-scale technology transformations or enterprise migrations in complex, global organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Combine strong change and transformation leadership with a solid understanding of IT migrations, Microsoft 365 environments, application dependencies and integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Can translate global program direction into practical, executable plans that reflect local business realities and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Are experienced in business continuity, risk and dependency management, particularly in business-critical or regulated environments.<\/li>\n<li>Excel at senior stakeholder management and can confidently operate across Business, IT, Program and Leadership teams.<\/li>\n<li>Know how to lead cross-functional and matrixed networks without direct authority, creating alignment and driving decisions across multiple teams.<\/li>\n<li>Bring a strong business partnering mindset and can act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Are comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying potential migration impacts early and driving clear mitigation and escalation paths.<\/li>\n<li>Ideally have experience in pharma, diagnostics, medtech or another regulated global environment.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft 365 \/ Microsoft workplace migrations, including collaboration tools and related integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Previous involvement in enterprise-wide digital workplace or technology transformation programs.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in pharma, diagnostics, medtech, life sciences or another highly regulated environment.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Quality, Regulatory, R&#038;D or Commercial business processes and their technology dependencies.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to application migration, custom integrations, identity\/access or data migration topics.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with change, adoption and organizational readiness in the context of large technology transformations.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with AI enablement and adoption within enterprise environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working across global, highly matrixed organizations with multiple business and technology stakeholders.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 16.5673px\"><span style=\"color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1); background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: Poppins\"><strong>Your day-to-day responsibilities include:\u200b<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: Poppins\"><strong> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and coordinate the RDT DIA MOVE journey, translating the global MOVE strategy into actionable plans across DIA functions.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the key bridge between DIA business teams, RDT DIA Business Partners and central MOVE workstreams, ensuring business needs and constraints are reflected in migration decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Drive business readiness, change and adoption activities in close collaboration with the Adoption, Change &#038; Experience workstream.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and manage business continuity risks, dependencies and migration impacts, ensuring appropriate mitigation and escalation plans are in place.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate migration requirements for DIA-specific business applications, custom technology integrations and critical dependencies.<\/li>\n<li>Lead a cross-functional network of RDT DIA Business Partners, creating alignment across R&#038;D, Quality &#038;
