The project consisted in migrating the client\u2019s tools to the Google Cloud environment. For this purpose, we set up three Scrum teams, whose task was to rewrite the tools from the currently unsupported and hardly scalable technology to Java 11. The aim of the project was to reduce maintenance costs and extend the life of the tools. Some roles were shared \u2013 which allowed for savings and significantly improved the transfer of knowledge between Teams. The service had to be implemented within 6 weeks from the moment of ordering the project.<\/p>\n
