API Quality Assurance

Responsibilities:

• Creating, maintaining and executing automated test cases.
• Proactive driving improvements to quality assurance process.
• One of your goals is eliminating manual testing and trivial activities by providing automation.
• Daily monitoring of automated test results, reporting and tracking defects.
• Design, development and execution of manual and automated tests for RESTful API micro-services.
• Communicating about dependencies, risks and delays.
• Working with technical and non-technical team members to ensure high quality is being implemented.
• Close collaboration with development team to integrate quality in all they do.

Requirements:

• At least 2 year experience in QA Automation Engineer or similar role.
• Practical knowledge of any programming language, preferably in scripting language area.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn Ruby (our framework is built on it).
• Ideas how to build Automation Test Framework.
• Understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques and Built-In-Quality.
• Not only know how to create test cases but also how to anticipate what is needed to execute them.
• Practical knowledge of working with APIs.
• Experience with Git.
