Business Analyst

Budget: U​​p to 830 PLN net + VAT / day / B2B (Job Contract also possible)
Location: Remote or hybrid work in Warsaw

Responsibilities:

• Supporting Product Owner in backlog refinement, analysis and documentation
• Decomposing requirements and providing full product description
• Helping developers and testers understand the business domain
• Facilitating collaboration by translating “business language” into “technical language” and vice versa
• Helping stakeholders across the organization define the value to the business
• Taking a holistic view of the product list to identify related requirements and interdependencies
• Refine requirements and define business solutions, including acceptance criteria (working closely with key stakeholders)
• Collaborate with business and IT to effectively deliver required changes at each stage of the delivery cycle
• Participate in development as part of the Scrum team
• Agile process improvement

Requirements:

• 2 years of professional experience as a Business/Process Analyst
• Experience in analytics in a dynamic Agile environment (experience in IT in the financial services industry preferred)
• Use of techniques such as: Use Cases, User Stories
• Highly disciplined, motivated and goal-oriented
• Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
• Experience in working with Atlassian tools: JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of UML/BPMN modeling would be an asset
