Details:
Location: Warsaw
Salary: Up to 45 PLN gross/ Order contract or 5500 PLN gross Contract of employment

 

Responsibilities:
• Customer service:
o Handling of in-coming customer orders (sales/consignment/loan);
o Control over timely execution of shipments, solving run-of-the-mill problems connected with deliveries to customers;
o Orders placing – entering into SAP system;
o Preparation and issuing of sales invoices;
o “Replenishment” and invoicing of consignment
o Invoicing – Sale/Credit/Debit/Service – Repairs;
o Customers` queries solving (by phone, mail, written form)
o Customers` complaints and disputes solving: Materials complaints (surgery incidents related)/Disputes (related to prices etc.)
o Analyzing the root cause of complaints and initiating the process improvements
o BO report preparation and analysis the root cause– verifying and problem solving
o Settling of consignment stock; on-site stock takes;
o Making offers,
o Dealing with inquiries
o Cooperation with Service Center (i.e. in Tuttlingen) dealing with inquiries; quotes for customers of repaired devices;
o Cooperation with shippers and transport companies
o Coordinating the communication with customers about product availability, order handling status
• Managing returns’ process
o Elaboration of returns’ documentation
o Maintenance of approval process
o Coordination of return transport
• Initiating and implementing the process improvements / simplification in area of customer service
• Being back up for master data management and whinshutle
• Interface between customer/sales representatives and customer/logistics
• Supporting sales representatives: providing documentation
• Checks for missing items & open orders report, pricing uploads
• Processing of product complaints
• Processing of the reminders to customers
• Charging Loaners to customers
• Documentation of customer complaints

Requirements:
• Experience in customer service field,
• Customer and company oriented behaviour
• Good skills of communication
• Empathy and team player
• Ability to learn about new products
• Computer user skills (Word, Excel); SAP – will be an advantage
• Good English skills (verbal and written)
• Disciplined, independent in executing tasks, but also a strong team player
• Driven to deliver high quality service
