Finance Product Manager / Business Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Management of IT projects
• Supervision over implemented projects in terms of budget, implementation of the scope, schedule
• Active cooperation with a business client
• Support for the sales department in the process of analyzing the client’s needs and expanding the scope of services provided to the client
• Creating project documentation

Required qualifications:

Knowledge of Cash Management products, especially:

• credit transfer payments (local in Poland – Elixir and Sorbnet, international – SEPA, SWIFT, Target2), including all specific cases – tax payments, split payments etc.
• direct debits (local in Poland – Elixir , international – SepaDD, SWIFT MT104)
• cash pooling/automatic balance transfers, visa cards (including VISA Intl. regulations), cash collection
• electronic banking systems for corporate clients – application and host to host solutions
• all types of accounts – current, VAT, social security, saving account etc., and related parameters – interests, limits etc.
• easy collect services (virtual accounts), POBO/COBO scheme

Knowledge of Cash Management related regulations (local and global), especially:

• PSD2 and GDPR – global EU and local rules
• AML (global EU and local rules)
• local STIR reporting
• Sanctions & Embargoes filtering

Other:

• Ability to negotiate, consolidate and document business requirements (following business needs and clear to IT stakeholders)
• Ability to communicate with both business and IT stakeholders
• Ability to follow IT projects and ensure quality of IT systems by testing and negotiating timely deliveries meeting business needs
• Ability to define and enforce functional solutions efficient from business perspective
• Project management skills (from business perspective as business representative)
• Ability to support ownership role of business applications (management of access rights profiles, assessment of criticality)
• Ability to manage outsourcing contracts of the business line including regular reviews
• Ability to implement new products for the business line including contribution to new product committees ( with required product documentation)
• MS Office skills

Fluent English and Polish, French would be a plus
