Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Working as part of the Issue resolution team administering and monitoring Data Quality Issue Tickets in JIRA
• Becoming a Subject Matter Expert on data governance processes in relation to Data Quality Issue Management
• Becoming a Subject Matter Expert on the DQ Issue Management Tracker in JIRA
• Expanding the scope of our services and building out a new issues tracking process
• Analysis of issues related to the operational data within Business Units
• Interviewing business stakeholder in various levels of Client’s organization to clarify Data Quality issues
• Creating communication materials and reports
• Conducting training and support

Requirements:

• Previous detailed experience with Atlassian JIRA software
• 2+ years’ experience as a Business analysis, preferably in Financial services sector
• Experience working with business processes and/or ticket life cycle management
• Process facilitator role, conducting meetings, trainings and workshops with business stakeholders
• Strong knowledge on MS-Office tools, databases and reporting tools ie Power BI would be an asset
• Previous experience working with Data Quality and Data Governance is an asset
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe ways of working
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• You have superior level fluency, both written and spoken, in English language
