English: Upper-lntermediate (B2)
Requirements:
– Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (5+ years)
– ADKAR model
– Experience with medium or large-scale organizational/ technological change efforts
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
– Teamplayer able to work collaboratively with and through others
– Creative, open for innovation and experiment, willing to learn
– Knowledge and interest in trending topics: new ways of working, Service and Product Design, Design Thinking, UX area, Agile ways of working, Innovation
– Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
– Very good consultancy skills, self-organized, great interpersonal
– Responsible for the efficient support of the organization in going through changes and you will develop OCM principles within the organization, and creating new services and products cooperate with Business, Designers and IT experts
