Senior Project Manager

Project:

The ASPIRE Program is a multi-year program which aims at defining and developing the Global Template

Salary: up to 1200 pln MD + VAT

100% remote work 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the different non-functional IT and local IT requirements are delivered for deployment
• Partner with various Informatics product lines and chapters to deliver the assigned IT deliverables, mainly in the area of International Market Domain, ERP Platforms & Services, Middleware, GSM & Basis and any other products required by deployment
• Support the pre deployment phase to ensure Enterprise Architecture deliverables are ready before the start of deployment
• Collaborate with International Market business domain and respective local vendors to ensure the affiliates’ local IT applications are remediated to meet ASPIRE’s requirements
• Manage the outcomes of the services provided by Informatics to ensure all WRICEF, middleware and security authorization requirements are delivered
• Act as the regional single point of contact for deployment team to liaise with GSM and Basis for support required during deployment phases
• Manage the deactivation and scope-out in legacy ECC system with respective product lines as part of deployment’s cutover
• Support innovation of in scope processes and technologies and identify opportunities to reuse existing solutions
• Propose and supervise the implementation of improvements with a view to improving cost and resource efficiency and optimizing existing services and project processes
• Performing tasks entrusted by the Deployment Leads
• Work closely with Regional Deployment Lead to ensure effective project governance, management and timely reporting of progress on activities and work packages according to the program plan and milestones

Required technical and soft skills:

• You bring the following qualifications:
• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Experience in leading teams across multiple geographical locations
• Communication skills and skills to cooperate with persons at different organisation levels
• Influencing, persuasion and negotiations skills (with different organisation levels).
• Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions.
• Readiness to travel depending on project/service needs (approx. 20% of work time)
• Readiness to work outside standard working hours in the case of cooperation with teams in other time zones
• Prefer to have Key Competencies which includes: PMP or Prince certified, Agile Project Management , IT Service Management, Stakeholder engagement and good Problem Solving skills
