Senior Test Manager

Salary: Up to 1050 PLN + VAT / MD (Negotiable)

Location: Remote

Languages: Polish (B2), English (C1)

Responsibilities:

• The test manager is in charge of overseeing the testing team as well as collaborating with various team members like analysts, developers, product owners, etc.
• To perform this role efficiently, test manager must be well-versed in testing methods including Nordea’s Test Strategy.
• Responsibilities include understanding of business requirements (functional and non-functional), drafting and ownership of Master Test Plan, planning of testing resources, test execution monitoring and publishing test results.
• E2E process coordination and monitoring.
• Ensure setup of necessary environment and tools for different types of testing levels.
• Provide necessary documentation.
• Test manager has to schedule regular status meetings and get feedback from testers as well as send the status reports.
• It is ultimately the test manager’s responsibility to ensure the product delivered to the customer is of optimum quality.
• The test manager has to introduce suitable metrics for evaluating test progress and assessing product quality.
