Salary: up to 45 PLN gross/Order contract (Contract of employment is also available!)
About the role:
The role will require proactively identifying candidates through different sourcing techniques, mainly LinkedIn. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist has two principal responsibilities: sourcing candidates which include developing proactive recruitment marketing activities, building robust candidate pipelines, conducting phone screens, reviewing CVs as well as providing coordination support including scheduling interviews, posting job adverts, and maintaining candidates’ databases. You will have access to cutting-edge recruitment tools & technology like Beamery, Textio, ModernHire and you will have your Recruiter LinkedIn Account.
Requirements:
- BSc degree (or student status with flexible hours schedule)
- Fluent English, fluent French/German
- Strong candidate and customer focus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Innovative thinking and excellent organizational skills
Nice to have:
- Work experience as a Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist from RPO, onsite, recruitment agency or HR background.
- Familiarity with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening and interviewing methods
- Experience in using professional social networks (LinkedIn)
