Software Quality Assurance Competence Center Manager, QA Specialist, IT Process Developer. Albert has several years of experience in the IT industry, for the past few years he has been managing advanced services for one of the largest customers of ASTEK Polska. He is a co-founder of the first Testing as a Service at ASTEK Polska. He is successively implementing and developing processes in the company, supporting HR and Sales departments. He is the director of the first Junior Academy SQA at ASTEK Polska and co-creator of the training process at the Academy. He has a motto: "There is no process that cannot be improved". He loves cycling, driving and playing ball.

In the role of Senior UX Designer, Anita is responsible for the development of applications in terms of User Experience, and for designing and testing them in user research. She started designing digital experiences, products and services in 2012 by supporting start-ups, then she gained experience in marketing agencies and software houses. In cooperation with ASTEK Polska, Anita values the diversity of projects and individual approach to the development path. She also appreciates the opportunity to work remotely, because for a person who loves to travel it means many new and great opportunities.

Karol has several years of experience in selling and serving key customers. He has acquired his sales skills in international organisations. In his role as Business Unit Manager at ASTEK Polska, he is responsible for maintaining, developing and increasing the portfolio of clients from the sector: Telco, FMCG, insurance and Public. He is the leader of the ASTEK Care programme - the ASTEK Polska Standard for Account Manager-Consultant relations, which aims to build a long-term partnership based on cooperation. Privately in love with the Bieszczady Mountains and other Polish mountain ranges.

Paulina's career is an example that literally every career can be changed according to your dreams. She is an archaeologist by education, a recruiter by profession. At ASTEK Polska, as Recruitment Team Leader, she is responsible for the work of a 5-person recruitment team and sales team support. Her daily duties include planning team work, motivating and supporting in achieving better and better individual and team results. She is an ideal recruiter - she loves people, has a great sense of humour and is very direct. Paulina's passion is travel and books.

Michał is responsible for the development and management of the Advanced Data Analytics Competence Centre, which supports key customers in building data-based and cloud solutions. He has many years of experience in IT, which he gained while implementing projects for the telecommunications and pharmaceutical sectors. A graduate of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Computer Technology with a degree in Computer Science, specialising in Databases. Additionally, he completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. He holds project management certificates: PRINCE2, Agile PM, PSM I.

Aleksander is responsible for the development and management of the Business Analysis & User Experience Competence Centre. He has been working for ASTEK Polska since 2016 - at the time he led a team of 5 UX and UI Designers, today the Olka team consists of over 70 experts. Olek believes that openness, cooperation and mutual understanding are of key importance when building teams - especially in such a creative industry as UX. He values his work at ASTEK Polska for the freedom of action in decision-making and trust - thanks to that he is able to manage the team in a way that suits its members and customers.
