CSR
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an important element of our strategy and, at the same time, a derivative of the corporate values that guide us on a daily basis. Activities in the CSR area are of great importance to us – they reflect the concern of ASTEK Polska for the future of the planet, the local community, and consequently: ourselves.
Our priorities
We undertake numerous activities and initiatives on a regular basis that enable us to make the world around us a better place.
Ecology
In 2022, we were certified under ISO 14001:2015 for environmental protection, and we were working with the United Nations Global Compact since 2020.
Voluntary work
We are aware that time spent together outside of work fosters an integration and improves the nature of collaboration.
Ethical business
We aim for win-win and satisfaction in every situation. At the same time, we have developed a partnership model of working with clients and employees based on mutual respect and trust.
Membership in the UNGC
We are a member of the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest initiative for sustainable development organisations. The UN Global Compact principles on human rights, labour standards, environmental protection and anti-corruption are the paramount values that guide us in our daily work at ASTEK. For the purpose of their implementation, we cooperate with the Polish branch of the organisation – the United Nations Global Compact Network Poland.

– Observing and promoting the protection of internationally recognised human rights, – Eliminating any infringements of human rights by the company
Labour standards
– Supporting freedom of association and, in practice, recognising the right to collective bargaining, – Supporting the elimination of all forms of slavery and forced labour, – Contributing to the effective abolition of child labour, – Counteracting discrimination in the field of employment.

– Promoting a precautionary approach to environmental problems, – Taking the initiative to promote greater environmental responsibility, – Supporting the development and dissemination of environmentally friendly technologies, – Counteracting corruption in all its forms, including bribery and extortion.
