Competence Centre for MS, Admin and Security specialises in the Microsoft technologies, IT administrative processes and software security. Providing a team of Administrators of 3 support lines who are able to respond to received reports from lines 1 and 2. In a short time, including work outside business hours, which allows to shorten the time of processing demanding reports.
Review, optimization and automation of key processes in the company, with a strong emphasis on processes that require the involvement of many departments. The effect of process automation is more accurate tracking of work statuses (Live) and time savings in the same processes before automation.
