ASTEK Polska is an outsourcing company founded in 2007 as a division of the international ASTEK Group, specialising in the implementation of IT projects and the outsourcing of engineering and IT personnel.

We bring solutions from the IT and engineering sector to the Polish market that have been proven over many years of operations of the ASTEK Group in the international arena. The extensive experience in IT consulting and software engineering, gathered since 1988 while cooperating with clients from 22 countries, has allowed us to bring to life qualified and specialised teams of experts working within as a part of the Competence Centres.
Our consultants successfully carry out projects for leaders in the field areas of banking and finance, insurance, telecommunications, high-tech, pharmaceuticals and logistics – in Poland and abroad.

Anna Stanek

A graduate of the University of Warsaw and the Wrocław University of Economics. Member of the Polish HR Association. Anna started her professional career in investment banking in the Private Banking segment. For over 10 years associated with the IT sector. Currently, he successfully combines the knowledge gained in the financial area with the outsourcing and IT recruitment sector for the needs of global corporations. AT ASTEK Responsible for the development of the Media, Telco and Logistics department. In his free time he travels to the farthest corners of the world.
Karol Kot
Department Director – Internal Development & Resource Management
Karol has several years of experience in sales and key customer service. He gained sales skills in international organizations. He has the opportunity to pass on his knowledge to adepts of the Sales Academy established in 2023 at ASTEK Polska, developing their presentation skills and improving sales qualifications. Karol is also responsible for managing the Resource Management team established to take care of relations and satisfaction of Consultants with cooperation with ASTEK Polska, supporting them in everyday problems, professional development and building a long-term relationship with the Consultant and a sense of belonging to ASTEK Polska.
Privately, a lover of running and mountain trips.

Jakub Mazur
Department Director Hi-tech, Pharma & Digital
For the last 20 years, he has been gaining experience in international corporations, increasing sales and improving the quality of services for key clients from the IT, Banking, Telco, Retail and Public sectors. Working in companies with diverse business profiles and from many industries has allowed Kuba to gain extensive knowledge in both sales management and employee recruitment. Kuba uses his experience in sales management, product management and project implementation in working with key clients of ASTEK Polska. Specializes in recruitment and outsourcing projects in the area of IT, Telco & Finance. Privately, a lover of independent cinema and passionate about the art of film.
Aleksander Majchrzak

Aleksander has been associated with the IT industry for over a dozen years. He has been cooperating with ASTEK Polska since 2016. He is responsible for the development and management of the ARBU. Olek believes that openness, cooperation and mutual understanding are of key importance when building teams, modeling processes or standardizing ways of working. She values her work at ASTEK Polska for the freedom of action in making decisions and trust.
Agnieszka Newecka

For several years she has been associated with the HR area. For the first years of cooperation with ASTEK, she was responsible for the implementation of recruitment projects for clients, then she was HR Business Partner for internal structures, HR Generalist in the HR&Payroll team, to return to soft HR at the beginning of 2022 and deal with employer branding, internal communication and recruitment to internal structures as a Manager of the People&Culture department.

For over 20 years associated with the IT industry, she gained her sales competences in large international corporations, has always worked in the sale of IT services and products, successfully managed large sales teams, focuses on teamwork and still actively sells. Despite extensive professional experience, he is still learning to meet the requirements of the business environment. Privately, a lover of travelling, skiing, good books and the works of Woody Allen.
Piotr Pływaczewski
Department Director Presales, IT Delivery & Support
Piotr has been involved in the IT industry for 20 years, managing a portfolio of comprehensive services and projects for companies from both the private and public sectors. Responsible for Delivery Organizations at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, he had the opportunity to create some of the largest IT solutions and systems on the Polish market that we use in everyday life.
At ASTEK, he is responsible for Competence Centers, strategy, development and management of the entire area of advanced services and internal IT. A graduate of the macro major (Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, Robotics) at the Warsaw University of Technology and Interdisciplinary Doctoral Studies at the Polish Academy of Sciences.
He devotes his free time to his passion, which is the repair and restoration of classic cars.
Tomasz Nowakowski
Department Director Compliance & Administration
For over 10 years he has been gaining competence in the areas of administration and broadly understood Compliance. Tomek was responsible for the implementation and effective certification of security (TISAX, ISO 27001, GDPR), quality (ISO 9001) and environmental (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ECOVADIS) standards at ASTEK Polska. Lead Auditor, IMS Representative, Personal Data Protection Inspector. Privately - a tour leader, a city guide in the capital city of Warsaw and an enthusiast of traveling around the countries of the Middle East and Central Asia.
