The Competence Centre for ERP is a centralised database of the knowledge, skills and experience of more than 70 consultants providing services in the area of the SAP ERP systems, for clients from all over the world. The greatest advantage of the Competence Centre for ERP is its versatility, which allows its consultants to provide clients with support at every stage of the service life cycle of the SAP software. As part of the continuous improvement of qualifications, the Competence Centre has created an Academy, which helps a dozen or so consultants each year to gain knowledge and obtain certification by organising the SAP training courses. The close cooperation and mutual support of team members has resulted in dynamic growth in recent years, with a simultaneously low turnover rate.

SAP BW

As a result of merging a number of smaller business areas, our team created two self-sufficient groups: finance and non-finance. Each group consisted of people in area expert roles for each business area – they were responsible for quality assurance of the individual modules (design review, peer review, solution consultation with the business).

The aim of the project was to create a central team to manage the various SAP modules in order to bring together distributed teams. The client achieved simplification of procedures and processes, improved management efficiency and reduced costs.
