Work package
Work Package is a model of cooperation in which together with the client we define packages of tasks (Service Catalogue) to be performed and we estimate the time consumption of each package. Work Package is the first of the advanced models in which Astek Polska is responsible for the final effect of the work.
Work package – benefits
The catalog of services contains information about the scope of services offered by Astek Polska – it contains a list of tasks with agreed cost estimates. The Work Package service is based on KPI (Key Performance Indicator). KPIs agreed during the creation of the service allow you to accurately measure the effectiveness and quality of work performed. On the basis of KPIs, we can define additional goals (apart from the implementation of tasks in accordance with the assumptions) that are faced by the team implementing the service in the Work Package model.
