ASTEK Polska experts, after undergoing specialist training courses, implemented systems for managing travel and business expenses. The activities were based on the recommendations and good practices of the client, which were constantly modified and improved – also by our team. The international work environment required knowledge of many languages.

Capacity Based Service
The aim of the service was to build a management system for a team of specialists trained to implement projects carried out by the client, for its end users. ASTEK was responsible for defining three competency profiles based on an interview with the client’s representatives, and then recruiting a group of people specified in the requirements.
