Project description
As part of the project, ASTEK Polska created a collaborative platform for data exchange and processing. This platform automatically and intelligently manages the loading, extraction, transformation, verification, approval and storage of data, making it ready for use by Analysts and Data Scientists. It is used globally and has applications in various areas of diagnostic medicine and bioinformatics.

Data anonymization under the GDPR
The aim of the project was to adapt the client’s systems to the GDPR directive in terms of deleting and anonymizing client data. Our team was involved in: development and maintenance of a data warehouse, creating analytical and operational reports, verifying the correctness of data exchange between systems, creating extracts for other client systems and external systems of partner companies.

Data integration and migration
ASTEK Polska implemented a migration project involving the integration of data from various client systems, while anonymizing the data. Aggregated information has been implemented in a system based on Oracle solutions.
