Project description

As part of the project, Astek Polska created a collaborative platform for data exchange and processing. This platform automatically and intelligently manages the loading, extraction, transformation, verification, approval and storage of data, making it ready for use by Analysts and Data Scientists. It is used globally and has applications in various areas of diagnostic medicine and bioinformatics.

Building an Augmented Analytics platform on AWS

AWS was selected as the cloud platform for deploying end-to-end analytics solutions made available at enterprise scale and in a Managed Service and SaaS model. The main premise and backbone of the project was to provide technical and business teams with isolated, secured and fully managed work environments to execute data analytics.

Operationalization of Machine Learning solution for drug demand prediction

The tool predicts the production needs of an influenza drug. The algorithm examines flu occurrences geographically and by historical data. The ML Ops infrastructure automates the process taking place entirely in a cloud environment; the source code in R is in a repository in GitLab.
