Competence Centre for Delivery Management is a team of experts involved in project management processes – from Project Managers to employees of the PMO department to coordinators. We are engaged in both agile (Agile methodology) and classic (waterfall) project implementation. We specialise in requirements, quality, budget or risk management, which allows us to support organisations in implementing the Scrum methodology, maintaining it and upgrading it to the next level. Our team is made up of certified Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Service Owners, Release Managers or Incident Managers. Agile is the art of agile software development, which is based on an iterative and incremental approach to an ongoing IT project. The Agile methodology is the continuous adaptation of software to changing external conditions and customisation. Its use enables the development of a product that is maximally optimised to the expectations of the client. The Agile Methodology is based on the so-called Agile Manifesto, based on which we work.

Capacity Based Service
The aim of the service was to build a management system for a team of specialists trained to carry out projects conducted by the client for its end customers. ASTEK Polska was responsible for defining three competency profiles based on an interview with the client’s representatives, and then recruiting the group of people specified in the requirements.
Implementation of the Cytric system
Astek Poland’s experts, having undergone specialised training, implemented systems to manage business travel and expenses. The activities were based on the client’s recommendations and good practices, which were modified and improved all the time – also by our team. The international working environment required knowledge of many languages.
Project management
The ASTEK Poland team dealt with the complex implementation of projects created at the client’s site. Our specialists completed the projects within the projected time and budget while ensuring the highest quality.
