Capacity Based Service
The goal of the service was to build a system for managing a team of specialists trained to carry out projects conducted by the client, for its end users. ASTEK was responsible for defining three competency profiles based on an interview with client representatives, and then recruiting the group of people specified in the requirements.
Implementation of the Cytric system
Astek Poland’s experts, after undergoing specialized training, implemented systems to manage travel and business expenses. Activities were based on the client’s recommendations and good practices, which were modified and improved all the time – also by our team. The international work environment required knowledge of many languages.
