SAP Monitoring
The goal of the project was to create a central Team to manage various SAP modules to bring together distributed teams. The client achieved simplification of procedures and processes, improved management efficiency and reduced costs.
SAP BW
The team, as a result of merging a number of smaller business areas, created two self-sufficient groups: finance and non-finance. Each group consisted of people in area expert roles for each business area, taking care of the quality of the individual modules (design review, peer review, solution consultation with the business).
