Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an important element of our strategy and, at the same time, a derivative of the corporate values that guide us on a daily basis. Activities in the CSR area are of great importance to us – they reflect the concern of Astek Polska for the future of the planet, the local community, and consequently: ourselves.

Our priorities
We undertake numerous activities and initiatives on a regular basis that enable us to make the world around us a better place.
Ecology
In 2022, we were certified under ISO 14001:2015 for environmental protection, and we were working with the United Nations Global Compact since 2020.
Voluntary work
We are aware that time spent together outside of work fosters an integration and improves the nature of collaboration.
Ethical business
We aim for win-win and satisfaction in every situation. At the same time, we have developed a partnership model of working with clients and employees based on mutual respect and trust.
Membership in the UNGC
We are a member of the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest initiative for sustainable development organisations. The UN Global Compact principles on human rights, labour standards, environmental protection and anti-corruption are the paramount values that guide us in our daily work at Astek. For the purpose of their implementation, we cooperate with the Polish branch of the organisation – the United Nations Global Compact Network Poland.

Integrated Management System Policy at ASTEK Polska Sp. z o.o.
ASTEK Poland is a branch of the international ASTEK Group, established in 2007, specializing in the outsourcing of IT staff and the implementation of IT projects. The company makes every effort to meet the requirements of the industry engaged in providing services in the Time & Material model.
We have built our position in the market through perseverance in achieving the goals set by the requirements of our business partners. The priority for the company’s operations and development is to meet the needs and expectations of our customers by providing high quality services, while maintaining the principles of occupational health and safety, ensuring information security and meeting the highest standards of environmental protection, while minimizing the risks inherent in the implemented processes and taking maximum advantage of opportunities, and strengthening our market position as a reliable, honest, innovative company.
Top Management recognizes the Integrated Management System implemented at the Company, which includes: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 27001: 2013 and ISO 45001: 2018 and TISAX as a key element in Astek Poland’s operations and pursues business objectives based on the objectives of the IMS by ensuring:
Proper management of processes so as to avoid their negative impact on people and the environment and increase the Company’s effectiveness and efficiency in achieving its goals;
Employing appropriate personnel who systematically improve their qualifications, including in the area of IMS;
Meeting the provisions of applicable laws and other legal requirements to which the Company has committed itself;
Improving the quality of services in accordance with the growing requirements of customers also in terms of information security;
Applying documented IMS and continuous improvement of standards affecting the improvement of HSE, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015;
His full commitment and that of other Employees at all levels to the achievement of established quality, information, environmental and EHS goals;
Prevent occupational accidents, occupational diseases and near misses;
Providing resources and means to implement this IMS Policy.
This Policy is public and generally available to the Employees of Astek Polska Sp. z o.o. and all interested parties. Each place of business implements the above Policy by fulfilling the set objectives, which are annexed to this Policy.
