Our projects

At the Engineering Competence Center, we deliver services and projects for the Automotive, Rail, and Oil & Gas sectors. Our specialized engineering teams work within project and competency groups, whose activities we manage. We also conduct training and certification programs to enhance the engineering competencies of our consultants.

Position

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of CAD Designer(he/she) for our client from the automotive industry.

Salary: from 9 000 to 13 000 PLN gross/month, depending on experience and competences.

About the project

We are looking for a CAD Design Engineer (CATIA V5) at Regular or Senior level to support an international automotive project focused on brake hoses, cooling hoses, motorcycle parts, and spare parts.The role involves creating 2D technical documentation based on existing 3D models. A one-week onboarding trip to Romania is planned to get familiar with the team and product, followed by full remote work. The project is part of long-term development for combustion, hybrid, and electric vehicle platforms. 

You’re ideal for this role if you:

• Have experience creating 2D drawings based on 3D CAD models
• Work confidently with CATIA V5 in a commercial environment
• Have experience in the automotive industry (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Communicate fluently in English (B2/C1 – must have)
• Have knowledge of sheet metal design and occasional plastic parts
• Are detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with technical documentation
• Can work independently in a remote setup and collaborate with international teams 

Nice to have:

• Experience with Teamcenter
• Previous work on brake systems, cooling systems, or hose-related components
• Experience in international or distributed project teams 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:​

• Creating and maintaining 2D technical documentation based on existing 3D models
• Working in CATIA V5 using Q-Checker to ensure quality and compliance
• Ensuring documentation meets internal and customer standards
• Cooperating with international engineering teams and stakeholders
• Supporting engineering changes and updates in technical documentation
• Contributing to continuous improvement of documentation processes
