Position

We are looking for a Data Scientist with a strong engineering mindset to join an international team working on advanced analytics solutions in the IT operations domain.

This role focuses on building data-driven solutions that improve IT stability using machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation. You will work across the full data lifecycle — from data extraction and transformation to modelling and delivering business insights.

The position combines elements of Data Science and Data Engineering, with a strong focus on Python, SQL, and working with large datasets in modern data environments (including Snowflake and Airflow). 

Salary offered

1200 – 1300 netto + vat / dzień B2B 

You will be successful in this role if:

Strong experience with Python (data processing, ML, data wrangling)

Solid SQL / T-SQL experience (data modelling, querying, transformations)

Experience with statistical modelling and machine learning techniques

Hands-on experience with data analysis and extracting insights from large datasets

Experience with DAX and Power Query

Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI preferred)

Understanding of full data lifecycle (data ingestion → modelling → presentation)

Experience working with Git

Welcome:

Knowledge of Deep Learning / Neural Networks

Experience with Generative AI solutions

Experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum / SAFe) 

Tasks waiting for you:

Designing and developing machine learning models (predictive & prescriptive analytics)

Working with hypotheses, validating business assumptions using statistical models

Processing, analysing, and modelling large datasets (end-to-end data lifecycle)

Building automated solutions for IT operations reporting and analytics

Identifying root causes of system instability using advanced analytics

Supporting reduction of incidents and improving system reliability (e.g. MTRS)

Developing AI/ML-based solutions, including neural networks and automation use cases

Creating reports, dashboards, and insights for business stakeholders

Collaborating in Agile (SAFe/Scrum) international teams
