Position
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer (Java / Angular) to join a long-term development team working on business-critical financial systems within a large French investment bank.
In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications used for financing and business monitoring. The position follows a “you build it, you run it” philosophy, combining software craftsmanship with DevOps practices.
You will work as part of an autonomous, international Agile team, collaborating daily with developers based in Poland, France, and India. The environment is modern, collaborative, and strongly focused on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Project Context
The project is delivered in a large-scale corporate and investment banking environment, focused on monitoring and supporting financing business processes.
Development is carried out in Agile feature teams, with strong ownership of delivered components, modern CI/CD pipelines, and close cooperation across locations. The team works in 3-week Scrum sprints, applying best practices in software craftsmanship and DevOps.
The role involves both feature development and production responsibility, including enhancements, bug fixes, and ongoing optimization of existing solutions.
Salary offered
500 – 790 Junior >3y exp netto +vat b2b/day
800 – 1200 Regular 3-5y exp netto +vat b2b/day
1240 – 1390 Senior 5-10 y exp netto +vat b2b/day
You will be successful in this role if:
You have exp in:
- Java 17+, Spring Boot (and Spring Batch)
- Angular 15+
- SQL and relational databases (Oracle or PostgreSQL)
- CI/CD & Dev tools: Git, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions / Jenkins
- Experience with hexagonal architecture

Software Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new features in enterprise applications
- Focus primarily on backend development (~70% Java) with frontend contribution (~30% Angular)
- Apply clean architecture principles, including hexagonal architecture
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Quality, DevOps & Production Support
- Follow software craftsmanship practices (Clean Code, SOLID, TDD/BDD)
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release management
- Provide production support, bug fixing, and continuous improvements
- Optimize applications in terms of performance, security, and maintainability
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Collaborate within the Dev Chapter and across international teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Share knowledge and contribute to team standards and best practices
