Our projects

At the Engineering Competence Center, we deliver services and projects for the Automotive, Rail, and Oil & Gas sectors. Our specialized engineering teams work within project and competency groups, whose activities we manage. We also conduct training and certification programs to enhance the engineering competencies of our consultants. 

Position

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Flow Assurance Engineer (he/she) for our client from the oil&gas industry. 

Offered salary

Salary: from 800 to 1120 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences.

You’re ideal for this role if you:

  • You have degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace Engineering, Physics or a related field.
  • You have experience in thermal, FIV and erosion analysis, with a strong process engineering background in Oil & Gas.
  • You have proficiency in CFD tools (ANSYS CFX/Fluent, STAR‑CCM+); familiarity with OLGA, PVTsim, Pipesim or HYSYS is an advantage.
  • You have knowledge of upstream FEED, detailed design, installation and operations support.
  • You have strong analytical, numerical, communication and report‑writing skills; fluent English.
  • You have strong organisational skills, leadership qualities and the ability to present technical results clearly. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical support to the Global Production Assurance Manager and contribute to high‑quality project delivery.
  • Perform thermo‑fluid, thermal, FIV, erosion and multiphase flow analyses, including CFD studies, for FEED and EPC projects.
  • Develop engineering solutions that meet project and client requirements while ensuring delivery within cost, quality and schedule limits.
  • Collaborate with international, multidisciplinary teams and support HAZOP, risk assessments and interface engineering.
  • Review and approve technical reports, calculations and presentations in line with company standards.
  • Support field development studies, tenders and project execution activities.
  • Promote compliance with EHS and Quality Management Systems and contribute to training and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
