Position

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Technical Business Analyst for our client from the pharmaceutical industry.

Additional information

The project involves the development of a platform using digital biomarkers, i.e., health data collected from wearable devices (e.g., smartwatches, mobile applications, sensors) that allow real-time monitoring of patients’ health during clinical trials. The system collects and processes large volumes of data from thousands of patients around the world, using modern cloud architecture and advanced data pipelines.
The aim of the project is to accelerate the development of new therapies and enable more personalized treatment.

Offered salary

Salary: from 800 to 960 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences.

You’re ideal for this role if you:

  • have experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Business Analyst in technology or data-driven projects.
  • are able to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • understand the basics of system architecture, data integration, and data processing pipelines.
  • have practical experience working in Agile/Scrum and with product backlogs.
  • are familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab/GitHub, or Monday.com
  • have basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and working with data solutions
  • are able to effectively collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in an international environment 
  • experience in healthcare, pharma, or regulated environments (e.g., GxP) is a plus 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:​

  • acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, the product team, and technology teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements
  • collecting, analyzing, and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • collaborating with technical teams on system architecture design, data integration, and data processing solutions
  • facilitating discussions between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a consistent understanding of requirements
  • supporting the Product Manager in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog
  • identifying opportunities to optimize system performance, scalability, and costs
  • creating and maintaining documentation of product requirements, processes, and functionality in tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • participating in Agile ceremonies and supporting the team in continuously improving the software development process
