Our projects

At the Engineering Competence Center, we deliver services and projects for the Automotive, Rail, and Oil & Gas sectors. Our specialized engineering teams work within project and competency groups, whose activities we manage. We also conduct training and certification programs to enhance the engineering competencies of our consultants. 

Position

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Systems Flow Assurance Engineer (he/she) for our client from the oil&gas industry.

Offered salary

Salary: from 8000 to 1120 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences.

You’re ideal for this role if you:

  • You have bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BEng or equivalent); Chartered status preferred or in progress
  • You have minimum 10 years of experience in Flow Assurance within upstream Oil & Gas
  • You have proficiency in OLGA, PIPESIM/PipePhase, PVTSim, Multiflash, PIPENET (Ledaflow or Maximus advantageous)
  • You have strong experience in single- and multiphase flow analysis (steady-state & transient), including hydrates, wax, asphaltenes, and sand management
  • You have proven track record delivering well, pipeline, riser, and facilities flow assurance scopes, ideally in deepwater or HPHT developments.
  • You have excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and apply sound engineering judgement. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Support the Global Flow Assurance Manager in delivering high‑quality technical input to projects and customers.
  • Perform steady‑state and transient thermo‑hydraulic analyses for wells, pipelines, risers, and facilities.
  • Deliver flow assurance work scopes within agreed cost, quality, and schedule requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure full interface alignment.
  • Develop engineering solutions and contribute to operating philosophies.
  • Prepare technical calculations, reports, and presentations in line with company standards.
  • Participate in safety reviews, design reviews, and project meetings.
  • Provide technical input for proposals and tenders.
  • Assist in testing and validating flow assurance software.
  • Support customer relationships, training initiatives, and knowledge‑sharing activities.
  • Contribute to technical publications and represent the company at industry conferences.
