Project description

As part of the project, Astek Polska created a collaborative platform for data exchange and processing. This platform automatically and intelligently manages the loading, extraction, transformation, verification, approval and storage of data, making it ready for use by Analysts and Data Scientists. It is used globally and has applications in various areas of diagnostic medicine and bioinformatics.

Data anonymization under RODO

The goal of the project was to bring the client’s systems into compliance with the RODO directive regarding the deletion and anonymization of customer data. Our team was involved in: development and maintenance of the data warehouse, creation of analytical and operational reports, verification of the correctness of data exchange between systems, creation of extracts to other client systems and third-party partner systems.

Data integration and migration

Astek Polska carried out a migration project involving the integration of data from different customer systems, while anonymizing the data. The aggregated information was implemented in a system based on Oracle solutions.
