Project description
The aim of the project was to adapt the client’s systems to the GDPR directive in terms of deleting and anonymizing client data. Our team was involved in: development and maintenance of a data warehouse, creating analytical and operational reports, verifying the correctness of data exchange between systems, creating extracts for other client systems and external systems of partner companies

Building an analytical platform
As part of the project, Astek Poland has created a platform that automatically and intelligently manages the loading, extraction, transformation, verification, validation and storage of data making it ready for use by analysts and data scientists. It is used globally in various areas of diagnostic medicine and bioinformatics.

Data integration and migration
Astek Polska carried out a migration project involving the integration of data from different customer systems, while anonymizing the data. The aggregated information was implemented in a system based on Oracle solutions.
