Project description
Building and developing a back-office system for handling car loans. A team scaled to the client’s needs (from 10 to 30 people), responsible for business and system analysis, development and testing. As one of the 5 teams participating in the project in the Extended Laboratory model, we are responsible for delivering about 60% of the system.

Our task was to take over the development and maintenance of the system that manages all interbank and inter-branch transfers of the Bank.
Development of the payment account and card processing system
Preparation and development of a basic payment account service system with payment card support. The initial stage of the project carried out entirely by our forces, in subsequent stages in accordance with the initial assumptions, the client took over the project.
