The aim of the project was to create teams and take over from the client the 2nd and 3rd line of support in the area of handling and resolving IT requests for internal users located in: France, Spain, Germany, Scandinavia, Italy and Great Britain.

Order processing application
Our task was to develop an application aimed at automation and cost optimization in the area of order placement and delivery for the client’s service customers. The application automates the ordering process and thus reduces operating costs and improves delivery logistics.
IT/High-tech
Migration to Google Cloud
The project consisted of migrating the client’s tools to the Google Cloud environment. To do this, we set up three Scrum teams to rewrite the tools from a currently unsupported and difficult to scale technology to Java 11.
