  • Possess strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Have a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and scaling approaches (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
  • Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing stakeholders without formal authority
  • Have experience working in pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industries (preferred)
  • Have fluent English skills (C1 or higher), enabling effective communication in an international environment
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and a strong continuous improvement mindset

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting Agile at scale using frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS
  • Background in mentoring or coaching junior Scrum Masters
  • Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and quality standards in pharma environments

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, fostering self-organization and accountability
  • Driving Agile transformation initiatives as a proactive change agent across the organization
  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring Agile practices are effectively implemented and continuously improved
  • Removing team impediments and managing dependencies in complex, matrixed environments
  • Coaching stakeholders and leadership on Agile principles, mindset, and ways of working
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning
  • Ensuring alignment with regulatory, compliance, and quality standards in the pharmaceutical domain
