Astek Polska implemented a migration project involving the integration of data from various client systems, while anonymizing the data. Aggregated information has been implemented in a system based on Oracle solutions.

Data anonymization under RODO
The goal of the project was to bring the client’s systems into compliance with the RODO directive regarding the deletion and anonymization of customer data. Our team was involved in: development and maintenance of the data warehouse, creation of analytical and operational reports, verification of the correctness of data exchange between systems, creation of extracts to other client systems and third-party partner systems.
Building an analytical platform
As part of the project, ASTEK Poland has created a platform that automatically and intelligently manages the loading, extraction, transformation, verification, validation and storage of data making it ready for use by analysts and data scientists. It is used globally in various areas of diagnostic medicine and bioinformatics.
